# Autoatendimento com Totem

## Como acessar as configurações

1. Localize o **ícone de engrenagem** acima do Totem na interface e clique nele para abrir as configurações.
2. Digite a **senha de acesso** que foi definida previamente no CCM Extranet.
3. Clique em **Entrar** para acessar o Menu de Serviço do Totem.
